There is no such thing as "pushing to stable". In order to be deemed stable
a package has to sit there for 30 days without negative karma or get enough (3)
positive karma.
If I recall correctly,
https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/search/ioprocess has a column
titled "request" which the maintainer may click if he wants to push it
to stable. A F20 ioprocess-0.5.0 build seems to be completely missing
from there, btw.
