[Engine-devel] Proposal to add Vojtech Szocs as maintainer to user portal

Vojtech has been working on the webadmin since its inception. His recent work that allowed the user portal and web-admin to be based on the same infrastructure. He also ported the user portal to work on top of this shared infrastructure. I'd like to propose Vojtech as a maintainer of the user portal.
