Not sure I understand the question. It should works like this:
- you should in webadmin or userportal click the "console" button and that
will give you a .vv file
- associate this .vv file with remote-viewer in your browser
- remote viewer reads this .vv file and connects opens the console
Did you do something like this and it broke at some point?

Hi,
Trying to use the console but when I open it with VNC it gives me a error.
But the error is via TightVNC that I installed.
What can I do to resolve this issue?
