Happened in a completely new setup, rebased from master, new database, even build directory manually deleted before running make.
Please share more details: OS? dev-env or rpm/root? Can you login manually with psql? Does it manage to connect before, or fails on the first attempt (or: please share the setup log)? Best regards, -- Didi
