Unsupported CPU for Windows 10 64-bit Guest

It is a pretty beefy = machine so I would really like to figure this out so I can start = actually using it.=20 The Host machine is equipped with 2 Intel Xeon E5-2603 v3 CPUs.=20 Ovirt shows the following for the hardware CPU Model: Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2603 v3 @ 1.60GHz CPU Type: Intel Nehalem Family However when trying to deploy a VM with the Operating System set as = Windows 10 x64 I get the error message The guest OS doesn't support the following CPUs: opteron_g1, conroe, = nehalem, penryn. Its possible to change the cluster cpu or set a = different one per VM How can I go about deploying a Windows 10 Guest on this Host? [ANN] oVirt Node Next Beta

Hey, the just released oVirt 3.6.6rc1 release marks the first official oVirt release which is accompanied by oVirt Node Next (Beta). Since it's pre-alpha release a few weeks ago, Node has seen a lot of testing and fixes, which brought it to the beta level. If you have not yet started to test oVirt Node Next, this is the time to do so. Take a look at the quick-start guide to see the next steps [0]. What is oVirt Node? oVirt Node is a ready-to-use OS image, containing all the OS and oVirt packages needed to act as host for oVirt Engine. hosted engine won't come up

I've just done a clean install of the 3.6 hosted engine (decided to wipe out my previous system) The install went in just fine, no errors I saw, but I'm getting interesting errors in the [hosted-engine] Dedicated LUN for hosted_engine data domain?

Hi, I used to install oVirt hosted-engine 3.5 using fibre channel storage. It required a dedicated LUN, which can't be used by other VMs, to host the hosted engine VM. Therefore, I have to create a small LUN (50GB) for the engine VM in addition to the LUN that I used to host other VMs. Does this still apply in 3.6.x? I'm currently using 3.6.4 and notice that I can now choose to create a new domain using the LUN reserved for the hosted engine (I didn't choose that LUN, but when I create my first data domain, 'hosted_storage' domain was created automatically and that LUN can't be selected by new domains anymore), and am able to deploy a new disk to 'hosted_storage' like any other data domain. -- Wee
