oVirt hosted-engine deployment times out while "Wait for the host to be up"

Hi all,
I am currently trying to deploy the hosted-engine without success.
Unfortunately I cannot see what I am missing here. It'd be nice if you could put an eye on it and help me out. Below is an excerpt of the logfile generated.
