Hi Sandro, It seems that with https://github.com/oVirt/ovirt-site/commit/f3286b2e1f2871978d054250556f1b4f… all refference to Gluster & Hyperconverged is removed from the website. Can you clarify the situation with Hyperconverged deployments ? Best Regards,Strahil Nikolov

This works since 4.4.6, but was broken in 4.3. You should upgrade to 4.4 at this point. > I guess I could present the LUN to a VM and run NFS from there as an alternative option. Yes NFS works for ISO on data domain in 4.3. Nir

Hello RE: oVirt 4.3 - Fibre Channel Data Domain as ISO dump. Thanks for letting me join the list. I added a fibre channel Data domain with a view to using it as an ISO dump however I cannot mount CDs to VMs with this error: "Error while executing action Change CD: Drive image file could not be found" A bit of reading suggests there is no way around this when using fibre channel data domains - is this the case? I guess I could present the LUN to a VM and run NFS from there as an alternative option. Thanks a lot Angus

I just read this message: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2016359 I am shocked but not surprised. And very, very sad. But I believe this decision needs to be communicated more prominently, as people should not get aboard a project already axed.

I found similar issue from 2018 https://lists.ovirt.org/archives/list/users@ovirt.org/thread/FJ6KIEOXEEFFZS… I am not sure how to determinate which mailbox I should try to "clean". Can anybody help me please? I observed the issue prior we upgraded to v4.4 (I hoped the upgrade will fix it, but it does not)

what are the steps to swap/upgrade/reboot my main storage domain with minimum downtime

I need to upgrade my main domain storage (NFS) which hosts 100s of VMs and templates including the hosted engine. Can I put the data center in global maintenance, do a quick sync and swap of the domain storage and bring it back up without missing a beat?

Is there any documentation, we can refer to install oVirt in Ubuntu 20.04 ? Current documentations refer centos - https://www.ovirt.org/documentation/installing_ovirt_as_a_self-hosted_engin… . Is there any documentation for ubuntu 20.04.?
