ovirt-engine/api/imagetransfers - Indefinitely locked snapshot image if transfer does not start within 2 minutes

I've noticed an issue but I've not found any bugs related to this so it's not clear if it's a bug and just not been reported or if I'm missing something. It seems if using the ovirt-engine/api/imagetransfers call with a POST request such as say <image_transfer><snapshot id="b16290c4-6eef-469f-962d-31e9b76638e9"/><direction>download</direction></image_transfer> is done and more then two minutes pass (where the the ovirt-imageio-proxy/ovirt-imageio-daemon deletes the ticket), you can no longer download the snapshot image. I think this part is normal, HOWEVER the snapshot image remains locked indefinitely in this case. If the image starts transferring/downloading within the 2 minutes where the ovirt-imageio-proxy/ovirt-imageio-daemon ticket is valid, all is well and at the end of the transfer the snapshot image is automatically unlocked. oVirt 4.2.8.7-0.1.el7ev Anyone seen this before? What am I missing? - Justin

Not sure if this group or the dev group would be better. I've noticed an issue but I've not found any bugs related to this so it's not clear if it's a bug and just not been reported or if I'm missing something. SSL Error adding new host

Hello, I have i running cluster ad I have to add a new host. Current cluster has AMD type cpu, new host has intel CPU su I added a new cluster in same datacenter (datacenter default compatibility 4.2). New Host is running node 4.3.4, engine is 4.3.4.3-1.el7 The new host is attached to ths new cluster, but engine can't connect. Hello, With that module, we can make the nic present/absent/plugged/unplugged, but is there a way to make the link state up or down? HE Fails to install on oVirt 4.3.4

Hi Guys, I have tried installing oVirt 4.3.4 using ovirt-node-ng-installer-4.3.4-2019061016.el7.iso and ovirt-engine-appliance-4.3-20190610.1.el7.x86_64.rpm Gluster install works fine, but HE deployment fails every time at last "waiting for host to be up". I have tried the deployment on multiple different hardware types, also tried single Vs 3 node deployments and all fail at the same point. I suspect that the IP in the HE is not being correctly configured as i see qemu running, but ansible times out and cleans up the fail install. Any ideas on why this is happening? i will try add the logs I am going to try using a older HE appliance rpm to see if that fixes the issue.

Upgrade Hyperconverged Single Node

Does this page apply? https://www.ovirt.org/documentation/upgrade-guide/chap-Updates_between_Mino… My Node is presently running 4.2.7 and I'd like to upgrade to 4.3.4 I was reading about needing to fail over so the SPM role is available (ie more than 1 host) If the page above is not applicable what is the procedure? Thanks!

USB Passtrough device problem

Hi, I've tried to use 2 different audio IO interfaces connected to a VM via USB passthrough and none worked. I've tried with win 10 and win server 2016 vms with different errors but none worked. I've connected the devices to a host, then attached the host device to a VM and in the VM properties I've enabled the USB support in the console properties. The devices are installed and don't show any error in the device manager within the VM, but they don't work. Should I do something else? Regards
