How to fix wrong speed of the Infiniband Interfaces?

Hi, I am using ovirt 3.4.4-1. On the hosts I have 1Gbit(eth),10Gbit(eth) and 40Gbit(QDRInfiniband) interfaces. ib interface is used for the VM migration and iscsi disks. If I go to the network interfaces I can see right speed for eth cards. Unfortunately the IB interface speed is detected as 0b/s. This causes very hi load information on vm migrate face. Which is not true. IB can up to 2GB/s but already on 200MB/s load the hosts interfaces are overloaded. Where can I put the correct speed of IB interface? Thanks, Arman.

Setting up an ovirt environment

Hello, I have a question. I'm been playing around with ovirt an I'm loving it. Now I would like to set up a new environment with two or three nodes with a hosted engine, reliable and fast storage and flexible network with clearly separated storage, ovirt-management and multiple VM subnets. I would like to here what you guy' s would buy and set up. Kind regards.

Have taken a look at http://resources.ovirt.org/pub/ and there appears to be quite a few different versions. Would http://resources.ovirt.org/pub/ovirt-3.5-snapshot/ be the most appropriate release to use ? And if I may ask which document should I digest for installation ? migrating DC

Team, If I move my cluster compatibility version from 3.3 to 3.4 can I migrate my DC compatibility version to 3.4 and cause no disruptions? My VDSM are all up to vdsm-4.14.17 on all of my hosts. Thank you for your help! Regards.

Error adding NFS Storage Domain

Hi, While trying to add a new storage domain I am getting the following error: Error while executing action New NFS Storage Domain: Network error during communication with the Host. Spice on Ovirt 3.4.4 Windows 2012 Guests

Hi We are currently running Ovirt 3.3.5 in production, currently our Windows Guests are using spice for the console. I have noticed that in our test environment running 3.4.4 that this option cannot be selected for Windows 2012 guests. Does anyone know what will happen to the console on VMs running windows 2012 if we upgrade to 3.4.4 on our production environment ? Will it simply not work resulting in us having to power down the affected VMs or will the existing VMs carry on working with the spice console setting ? Hello, native el7 qemu-kvm package is 1.2.x so that it is supposed to contain the missing flag in el6 0.12 one for live migration. I saw that qemu-kvm-rhev.el7 was also provided in the ovirt repo, but may be unuseful, in this case... what do you think ?(I didn't try livre migration yet with el7 native qemu)
