Hi, Could you tried to install the Agent of the finished package prepared by the oVirt: http://resources.ovirt.org/pub/ovirt-3.5-pre/iso/ovirt-guest-tools/ Personally, I use this and it works great -- G.Sz.

Default VM Disk Format is RAW ??

Hi, I have checked and found that ovirt support two type of disk formats (RAW & QCOW2)...but bydefault it create the VM disk with RAW format....i try but didn't find any way to change this format to qcow2 ?? How i can change the default vm disk from RAW to QCOW2 ?? I am using the below :- Ovirt :- 3.4.3 Glusterfs :- 3.5 Thanks, Punit

Hi. I have a problem with starting Centos system, after reboot. It's still stay at "Starting ovirt-post:". When i start node on livecd and change mv /etc/init.d/ovirt-post /etc/init.d/ovirt-post.bak What going on. So it should be or should disable this service? -- G.Sz.

MIB files for oVirt SNMP traps

Hello there, I want to use oVirt's SNMP traps for my Nagios monitoring, but I need the ovirt MIBs to convert them with snmptt and I can't find them anywhere. I used the docs available here http://www.ovirt.org/Features/engine-snmp Does anyone use the SNMP trap feature in oVirt and knows where I can find the MIB files? Thanks in advance!

Start VM function using ovirt api

Hi All, We are using the /api/vm/ID/start function to start the virtual machine but it seems the vm is start in the run once mode. We want to start the vm in the Run mode rather than the run once, How can we do this ? Is there any other option to start the vm in the run mode ? it is possible from the ovirt admin panel.
