Hi,
I had to test *Bug 1080987*
<https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1080987> -OVIRT35 - [RFE]
Support ethtool_opts functionality within oVirt
Installation of the engine went very smooth without a single issue, even
adding a previously used host through the host deploy went smoothly and
upgraded VDSM without any issues.
The feature worked as expected without any problems.
All in all I have to say that this time I had the best beta experience
since I am working with oVirt.
Good Job guys! :-)

Hi Shahar,

Hi,
I am assigning IP using the REST API as like
http://www.ovirt.org/Features/Cloud-Init_Integration but it seems the IP is
not assigning to the vm. But the other details like host address etc are
correctly saving. I am using cloud init to assign IP address
The following is the xml which i used for assigning IP
$xml_data = "
<action>
<vm>
<os>
<boot dev='cdrom'/>
</os>
<initialization>
<cloud_init>
<host>
<address>TestMachine</address>
</host>
<users>
<user>
<user_name>username</user_name>
<password>adminpassw</password>
</user>
</users>
<network_configuration>
<nics>
<nic>
<name>eth0</name>
<boot_protocol>none</boot_protocol>
<network>
<ip address='x.x.x.x' netmask='255.255.0.0'
gateway='x.x.x.x'/>
</network>
<on_boot>true</on_boot>
</nic>
</nics>
<dns>
<servers>
<host>
<address>8.8.8.8</address>
</host>
</servers>
</dns>
</network_configuration>
</cloud_init>
</initialization>
</vm>
</action>";
The above xml is called with the start function of API. IP is assigned from
the ovirt portal and the issue is only when assigning it from the REST API.
If anyone knows could you please check if any issues with the it ?
Hi,
Somehow all of my vms seem to try to boot from CDROM/DVD
and then from gpxe no matter what I have on boot settings.
has something changed? Can I disable gpxe per vm?
I'm running 3.4.2 but I've also noticed that on 3.4.1
best regards,
Giannis

Hi,
Using latest node image I'm having a problem with networking after node
deploy through http://www.ovirt.org/Features/AdvancedForemanIntegration
<http://www.ovirt.org/Features/AdvancedForemanIntegration>.
All network devices are unconfigured and registration of the node fails.
When I disable->enable dhcp I get an error in the admin gui. supervdsm &
