Hi, Somehow all of my vms seem to try to boot from CDROM/DVD and then from gpxe no matter what I have on boot settings. has something changed? Can I disable gpxe per vm? I'm running 3.4.2 but I've also noticed that on 3.4.1 best regards, Giannis

Hi, This time I have tested the below RFE: [RFE] Change the "Slot" field to "Service Profile" when cisco_ucs is selected as the fencing type. https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1090803 Test Data =========== Running oVirt 3.5 with Power Management enabled in hosts when selecting Type cisco_ucs the Slot field get replaced by Service Profile as RFE requested. The same test under 3.4 the field is not replaced. I would say this RFE is 100% accomplished. -- Cheers Douglas

LVM Volumes can be manage by oVirt?

I'm working with oVirt, learning curve. I setup the system, but I didn't see if is possible to manage my KVM server Volumes inside oVirt. I have a KVM server, I add my LVM volume to a pool with virsh. After I setup oVirt didn't know if I can manage that pool/volume inside oVirt? I have there 2 vm's already running. Is possible? Centos 6.5 x64, thanks.

Issues with gpg key from epel

I have a issue when installing a Centos 6.5 node from the engine. I installed a mininal Centos 6.5, configured network, installed ovirt-release.rpm, but when the engine tries to install the node, it install ok the packages from ovirt repo, but when it tries to install from epel then fails because yum does not find the gpg key for epel repos. I need to manually install the gpg key then the node installation is completed and ok: wget http://fedoraproject.org/static/217521F6.txt rpm --import 217521F6.txt Is it normal? or should the gpg key be installed from the ovirt-release.rpm? RBD as local disk

Hi all, I'm a big fan of both Ceph and oVirt. But since there's no native support for Ceph in oVirt I'm wondering if the following is possible: Mount an RBD blockdevice on the oVirt hosts as a localdisk. I know oVirt can use local disks, but I could find out if I can still do failover etc if the "local disk" is actually an RBD block device. Hi I had tested 1072313 : [RFE] Allow to edit VM properties that need VM to be down to apply, just mark it as such and apply on VM shutdown Test run as expected, however, IMO I think that we should mark by asterisk properties that will take affect on the next run and not just give a general message that some of the settings will take affect in the next run. I leave the decision if to open a RFE for that to the virt team. Thanks Eli Mesika
