Change subject: core: Warn about space problems once per hour ...................................................................... core: Warn about space problems once per hour Lack of space is a serious issue, as it may hinder the system's capabilities and there are limited ways to handle it without data loss (merging, e.g., requires quite a bit of free space, in order to free up more space). This patch makes the warning about low free space issues more obvious by reducing the flood suppression to once per hour instead of once per 12 hours.
