I am not sure how "vdsm-tool config-lvm-filter -y" should be carried as part of host-deployment as it is not part of the configurators executed by "vdsm-tool configure". Should it be another task in ansible or an addition to host deploy package[1] after doing configuration? oVirt - Outreachy initiative

Within the oVirt community we have a page tracking the initiative[1] which mentions administrators +Greg Sheremeta <gshereme(a)redhat.com> and +Tomas Jelinek <tjelinek(a)redhat.com> but both are not actively working on oVirt projects anymore. Hi, while reviewing oVirt community content I stumbled upon gamification initiative[1]. Initiative leaders +Eyal Edri <eedri(a)redhat.com> and +Vojtech Szocs <vszocs(a)redhat.com> are not actively working on oVirt projects anymore and the activity seems not really active for a long time. Hello Team, When i try to change Cluster compatible version HE it throws error As Error while executing action: HostedEngine: - There was an attempt to change Hosted Engine VM values that are locked. I am trying to change the version to 4.4 it was showing blank. Any suggestions on how I can edit. The VM other than HE is able to editi. *Ritesh*

Enabling hardware acceleration on RHEL8 VMs (non bios way)

Hi I was wondering if there exist any way to enable hardware acceleration on a RHEL8.1 or (RHEL8) VM. (the VM was created on ovirt ) , if there are any docs or anything which any of you could point me to, would help me out. [ i was able to find a doc to enable nested virtualization (which is my main goal) that had asked me to enable hardware acceleration from bios] , i couldn't really load bios menu, in the VM, (I'm not sure if it really loads fast or it directly boots ) but its not showing the bios menu ,in the console vv viewer of my RHEL8.1 VM Any help is appreciated.! :-) Thanks, Prajith K Prasad
