Unable to make Single Sign on working on Windows 7 Guest

On the case I'll be able to create an installer, what is the name of the Application need to be there, in order to ovirt detects that Ovirt Guest agent is installed? I have created an installer adding OvirtGuestService files and the Product Name to be shown, a part of the command line post installs.. I have tried with "ovirt-guest-agent" and "Ovirt guest agent" Names for the application installed on Windows 7 guest and even both are presented on ovirt VM Applications tab, on any case LogonVDScommand appears. Hi, OK thanks! I saw that after upgrading to 4.0.5 from 4.0.4 the DB already dropped with around 500MB directly and is now at 2GB smaller. Does this sounds familiar to you with other settings in 4.0.5 ? Out of sync, hosts network config differs from DC

Property: default route, host - true, DC - false I have 4 nics. bond0 = 2 x 10g eno1 = ovirtmgmt eno2 = for vm traffic. eno2 says it's out of sync, hosts network config differs from DC, default route: host - true, DC - false. I have tried "sync all networks" but the message still remains See attached. Where can I look to fix the issue?

oVirt Node on CentOS 7.5 and AMD EPYC Support

Hi, I am currently building a new virtualization cluster with oVirt, using AMD EPYC processors (AMD EPYC 7351P). At the moment I'm running oVirt Node Version 4.2.3 @ CentOS 7.4.1708. We have the situation that the processor type is recognized as "AMD Opteron G3". With this type of instruction set the VMs are not able to do AES in hardware, this results in poor performance in our case. I found some information that tells me that this problem should be solved with CentOS 7.5 --> <https://access.redhat.com/errata/RHEA-2018:1488> My actual questions: - Are there any further information about the AMD EPYC support? - Any information about an update of the oVirt node to CentOS 7.5? Hi, After upgrading to 4.2.1 I have problems with ovn provider. I'm getting "Failed to synchronize networks of Provider ovirt-provider-ovn." I use custom SSL certificate in apache and I guess this is the reason. I've tried to update ovirt-provider-ovn.conf with [OVIRT] #ovirt-ca-file=/etc/pki/ovirt-engine/ca.pem ovirt-ca-file=/etc/pki/ovirt-engine/apache-ca.pem but still no go Any tips on this? thanks G

No, The only way you have is to configure cinder to manage ceph pool or in alternative you have to deploy an iscsi gateway, no other ways are available at the moment. So you can't use rbd directly. Dear all, We are running the following setup: ovirt-engine host: - CentOS release 7.5.1804 - ovirt-engine-4.1.9.1-1.el7.centos.noarch - spice-html5-0.1.7-1.el7.noarch We have noticed problems with the Spice console. When it opens and displays the information presented by the VM's console it is OK at first. But as soon as any part of the display changes, that part gets replaced by random pixelated noise. For example I open the console of a standard CentOS server. When I type something at the login prompt the text is invisible and random pixels are displayed at the position of the blinking cursor. VNC works fine. Why would this be happening? Help would be very much appreciated. trunked ports

Hi, I setup oVirt a few years back. now that the HCI is real, I am revisiting it. I have deployed with Gluster, and am now moving on to networking. I come from a VMware shop and normally we trunk all the network ports exposing all VLANs to the hosts and place VMs in Portgoups that are tagged with VLANs. I did manage to do this years back but I am struggling to get this to work today. I had pretty limited hardware back then and I thought I installed using vlan tagging and trunked ports, but I don't see any option to do this using the glusterfs and hosted engine setup. Each host has a dual port 10Gb NICs I use one for storage that is connected to my storage network and one for ovirtmgmt. (I need to add another of these for redundancy down the road, but no money for that at the moment) The hosts also have 4 x 1Gb ports. So in lieu of being able to configure vlan tagging to trunked ports on hosted engine deploy, I am considering cabling up a 1 Gb port on each in my management services VLAN and when it is all up and running create another logical network (or several of them as I think these equate to what is a vlan tagged port group in VMware) with the 10Gb NIC backing for VMs. Does that sound reasonable? Or if anyone can point me to any docs that describe how to deploy to a specific VLAN with trunk ports, that would be nice as well as I won't have to actually go to the office and run additional cables. Hosts: localhost Play: Verify Requirements Task: Validate openshift_node_groups and openshift_node_group_name Message: last_checked_host: localhost, last_checked_var: openshift_node_group_name;openshift_node_group_name must be defined for all nodes What am I missing here? Hello, The few days I tried delete snapshot but the task not concluded yet. How I can stop this task? I Already try with taskcleaner.sh but dont had sucess. attached the ovirt and vdsm-spm logs. ovirt version. 4.1.9 Thanks.
