preventing modifications of exiting upgrade scripts

Hi Please note that patch[1] was merged. This patch will prevent(with a detailed ERROR[2]) any attempt to modify an existing DB upgrade script since this may lead to upgrade problems. The correct way to change something in the database is a new upgrade script. In a case that the upgrade script must be changed, this can be forced by adding a special keyword[3] to your commit header. Please see [1] description for details. If you have any questions, please let me know. [VDSM] Tests fail because of network timeout

First time I see this error. The issue seems to be network read timeout when creating virtual env in tox test. Proposing Nir as ovirt-site storage mainainer

Nir has done significant work on vdsm and ovirt-imageio, and working recently on incremental backup feature page: https://ovirt.org/develop/release-management/features/storage/incremental-b… For some reason he does not have merge right in ovirt-site project. I think it is time to fix this issue. If we can trust his code we can trust his documentation. Thoughts? Nir
