[RFE][oVirt 4.2] Engine XML - the Vdsm side

Hi everyone, following up the reports from Arik, I created a document outlining the Vdsm plans, changes and challenges. Please point out omissions or concepts you want to be explained in more detail. Question about testing

I see emails floating around about Jenkins. Is there a public Jenkins, or possibly one that I can be invited to? I just finished the vagrant provider and pushed it to rubygems and am currently bringing up a new permanent oVirt server so that i can write some acceptance tests, but having access to a Jenkins and a testable oVirt setup would save me a ton of time.

imageio vdsm_master_check-patch-fc25-x86_64 failing since Feb 2

Hi, Yesterday, the fc25 job started failing, since it cannot find ovirt-imageio build for fc25. Any idea what has changed in jenkins to have triggered this? How could it pass before yesterday? Daniel, could you get fc25 to be built for fc25 ? Regards, Dan.

Hi everyone, I will be applying security updates to our production systems today. During the maintenance following services may be unavailable for short periods of time: jenkins.ovirt.org resources.ovirt.org artifactory.ovirt.org templates.ovirt.org mirrors.phx.ovirt.org proxy.phx.ovirt.org Jenkins will not schedule new builds while services are rebooting as this can cause false positives. We're one week after initial report that vdsm is missing in fc24 repository for master. We have automation broken due to this. Please restore vdsm builder for fc24 master, it's affecting CI for hosted-engine, ovirt-release, and possibly other projects... Hi, we've update vdsm package within oVirt 4.1.0 Second Release Candidate fixing: Bug 1416112 - virt-v2v: Import from VMware, Xen and KVM failed with "OSError: [Errno 9] Bad file descriptor" (workaround: upgrade python-cpopen) Being the fix just forcing Requires: python-cpopen >= 1.5 instead of Requires: python-cpopen >= 1.4 and being python-cpopen >= 1.5 already availablein RC2, GA shouldn't have any delay.
